This is huge: two lower body workouts, within 6 months of each other!
Could I actually make "gains", or experience "progress"? The trees tell me "yes."
Anyway, I posted my last squat session, which was last week. Here's the one from yesterday.

The last rep of the last set was especially difficult (I think I stopped an inch above parallel), but I pushed it up slowly.
This is more volume than I wanted, but since I'm still new to it, I have to determine the right poundages.
Next time, I think I'll try:
135x6, 165x6, 185x6,195x6
My lower back was very sore after these sets. I suppose it's quite weak. DL, SLDL, and GM should help that. Maybe I'll add in some weighted hypers.
I think my trunk is still coming too far forward/down. I forgot to make a video of my form, but maybe next time.
