Well i didnt really use 2 boards, i used a bumper plate that was about 3 1/2 inches thick, so between 2 and 3 boards. It was a little weird, im gonna invest in a set of boards for when i restart after thanksgiving break ( taking a week off to rest ). Im prepping for my testing next monday so i strayed a little away from heavy close grip in favor of wide grip, that will be fixed when i restart as well.

3.5" board presses
45x3, 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 335x1

Close Grip bench
135x8, 185x6x3 sets ( pr )

BB Rows
135x8, 185x6, 205x6x3 sets ( pr ) form is great

Seated strict OHPs
135x6x3 sets ( still really tough, barely finishing )

EZ bar curls
75x8x2 sets

I'm really impressed with the progress you've made on your barbell rows. They used to be a weakness of yours, but they've improved out of sight. Keep it up.

This word Lax..What does it mean? haha Seems there is some type of secret language going on around here. Nice PR on the 3 board BTW. If you can hit 335 3.5 inches off the chest at a dead stop you can probabally get it fully with a little more acceleration. Have you tried speed bench? Has worked real well for me. Do you bounce the bar up a little, or stop it completely?

i bring the bar down real slow so i cant bounce it off my chest. I do speed bench once a week.

lax is short for lacrosse, the x=crosse
