Ok this is my 10th day on Clen. I started off with 2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4...and tomorrow I will proceed to take 4. Should I taper down? Honestly I have not seen one pound lost on me. My weight is almost identical. I have gotten stronger and maybe a tad leaner. Out of the 10 days I have on Clen, I have done cardio for 9 days for at least 25 mins a day in conjunction with my normal weightlifting. This is my first time taking clen and I was expecting alot more out of it. The first couple days I was sweating it up and had a case of mild headaches. Now, I don't feel a thing...maybe a little body temperature rise and that's it. Maybe this isn't the stuff for me. I think I will just continue week 3 & 4 with Hydroxycut. I don't think I will be taking Clen anymore...I didn't see much results at all, if any. I did get bigger though.....which is kind of odd to me. Anyone want to shed some light on this......?
