10g test cypionate

I am new to this so I apologize if I am being a pain in the ass or asking common sense questions.

I like to brew 10g of cypionate and I want to make sure i am doing this correctly

10g cypionate to make 50ml of 200mg/ml

I am confused somewhat at the calculations regarding determining the volume of oil i need to use for my homebrew among other things

from doing some research 2%ba and 20%bb sounds correct

but how many ml does 2% of ba and 20% equal if i to do this and of course i need the amount of oil in ml also.

Like ive said this is a little confusing for me and i want to make sure i am doing everything correct the the first go ahead.

I have pvdf millipore tops with glass receivers and a pump to use to filter everything.


any help would be greatly appreciated and i welcome your expertise on this.

Total milliliters of desired product would be 50ml, right? Multiply that by 0.02, or two percent which gives you 1ml.

I don't like BA 2 bb 20, I'm old school liking 75-100mg/ml and 5% BA, I have a PhD in biochemistry and steroid synthesis that says no pathogens survive in those conditions. You should always filter or centrifuge but youll maintain sterility at 5% ba. BB came in when the thick dosages started to dissolve them. Remember squib EQ? 50mgml in sesame at 5%BA, nothing more. Look at the big companies like orgenon etc.. and see what their formulae are, they rarely exceed 100mg/ml because it causes the steroids to recrystallize in the depot and cause extreme pain, abscess and lack of absorption (the juice is lost when the doctor drains the bitch.) I had a depot of TestE drained from a 250mgml, it was so thick a 18guage needle wouldn't drain it, they cut it out, it was like a surgar cube. They wont all do that but if you use thick product you should apply heat twice a day and massage the depot.

anyway if you are intent on your concentration its like this

A PhD in biochemistry, ya I don’t think so. You don’t even comprehend basic chemistry. You can not disregard the powder weight, if you do your solution will not be accurately dosed.

5% Benzyl alcohol is to much, most human grade steroids only contain 1%. Benzyl alcohol is used as a solvent and a bacteriostatic preservative. Benzyl alcohol is not a bactericidal, bacteria is removed during the filtering process.

Bacteriostatic: Capable of inhibiting the growth or reproduction of bacteria. Different from bactericidal (capable of killing bacteria outright).

thats what you want, thats how i always made mine and they were smooth as butter

this is a little rough though for this fact 1ml is not exactly equal to 1 gram of powder, but its close enough.

Bremac it appears that you have some idea of whats going on but you ABSOLUTLY DO NOT have a PhD in biochemisty. Your statement of DISREGARDING the powder weight is retarded. Following your instructions he would have made his formala as follows
(.02)50ml= 1ml BA
(.20)50ml=10ml BB
and then used 50-1-10 = 39ml of oil...........really? wow. What happens now that he adds his 10g of test at 10(.75)gMl= 7.5ml
Now he has 57.5ml of solution
So 1/57.5= .01 which is 1%BA
10/57.5=.17 whcih is 17%BB
57/10000mg = 173
BOTTOM LINE using your formula would result in 1%BA and 17%BB dosed at 173mg/ml.....YOUR AN IDIOT

The powder will cause displacement. So 1 gram of powder = 1ml.
If you are trying to make 50ml. of cyp at 200mg/ml. then here.

50ml x 2%/.02= 1 ml. of ba
50ml x 20%/.20= 10ml. of bb

1ml.
10ml.
10grams of powder = 21 correct.

50ml. minus 21 = 29 ml. of oil.

Now using a syring filter. You will need an extra 2ml. of oil to push the remaining good product out of the filter at the end of your filtering.
