**1000mg of test and 800mg of deca for a newbie**

This frontloading bullshit needs to stop. 
It's a very advanced technique!!!
Just because you reacted okay to test and deca doesn't mean your friend will. Everybody is different. If he gets sick from the gear, he will be very sorry he frontloaded a couple of grams of gear. What if he is sensitive to estrogen or progesterone? He'll grow quite a pair of tits that way.
He's had normal hormone levels all his life, and now you want to abruptly put over 2g of gear in his system??? Be a little more responsible.
And Test/Deca/Dbol looks like a third or fourth cycle for me.
No newbie should combine test and deca in one cycle. You have two completely different mechanisms of action in the body; you don't know how he will react to estrogen, you don't know how he will react to progesterone.
A Test only cycle is all he needs.
