100 Day Transformation Pics

So here is my 100 transformation pics...

Starting stats... 6'1" 173lbs... 7% body fat

Current stats... 6'1" 193 lbs... 6.2% body fat


I started helladrol at the end of November... After PCT I am in my 5th week of my SARMS stack of mk2866 and S4... Obviously the first pic you see is my before pic and the next ones are my new pics...

After helladrol and PCT I finished at 188 and have put on 5 lbs. from the SARMS stack... I am actually pretty sure my body fat is under 6% now but I havent measure it in a few weeks... Anyway, I just wanted to show everyone how good these cycles can be if you are dedicated and run them properly... All feedback welcome!
 
Hell yes. Been following your thread and gotta give props where props are due, hell of a job man, stayin as dedicated as you are with as busy as you stay isn't easy I know. Keep it up bro

Thanks bro! I really appreciate it... It takes a lot of effort but when you enjoy as much as I do then it just makes it easier... I mean seriously, when I get up in the morning, I am usually always looking forward to the gym man... When you love something like that, it just makes it so much easier than it really is...

I wipe my ass with your weeks pay too... I would bet you the title to my car, my house and everything else I own that is MY EXACT WEIGHT... Homeboy is 6'1" and to me looks less than 6% BF. I also know him well enough to tell you that he's a straight shooter. With 2 other posts under your belt, I dunno if questioning anyone here is a good way to get started.

Bro, finally got to a computer and saw the befores and afters. Huge difference, Bro. Considerably thicker and way more filled out. Good job.

Wow man that's pretty crazy. 20lbs gain while losing bodyfat! You look sick bro. 190+ at 6% bodyfat means you're a BIG boy. Just you are peeled instead of being 250lbs big and sloppy. That's a lot of hard work right there.

What's your diet? I want to start cutting down soon. Not to 6% like you but probably 7-8% and I'll be happy.
 
Dylan has one of the strictest diets of anyone on the board, you don't get like that by eating slop
Let's hear it! I'm tired of having all my muscle covered up by fat. Time to let the striations loose! His diet is obviously working if he's putting on all that muscle while losing fat. So spill the beans bro! :)

thanks bro! well after my SARMS stack I have a mini pct and will be going into my next cycle which will be ultradrol/trenazone/transaderm... With that, I would like to get over 200 and keep my body fat at 6%... The ultimate goal is to be at 225 with 6%...

Yeah bro, I second MGiant, your serm log is definitely a source of inspiration for me personally. Especially on days where I'm just not feeling it in the gym and have to force myself to go, I think about the bros like yourself who absolutely kill it on days like that, and it drives me to push myself. We all have those days, and have to find a way past that roadblock, and mine is to put it in my mind that if you can do it on a 10 hour shift and 4 hours of sleep, I can do it. Keep it up bro we all look up to you!

No problem my friend. I am starting my diet April 1st so I would love to see what your diet looks like and maybe I can adjust my plan since whatever you're doing is obviously working!
 
Yeah man you should make a thread for a proper diet for guys looking to go the S4/GW route. Ill be on the sarm bandwagon as soon as I'm done with pct of my beast/test cycle, and I have similar goals to you. It takes a little longer but the payoff is way better when you hit 200+ lbs and single digit body fat! Keep killin it bro!
