10 weeks into 17 week cycle

I am started on 10th week of dbol cycle/ start 9th week of test E on wednesday / start of the 3rd week of EQ.I know people 10 week dbol cycle is kinda high but running thistle and NAC to fight the liver problems so relax and enjoy the show

Stats
height 6'2
start weight 220lbs body fat approx 16 %
current weight 235lbs. body fat approx 19%
Desired weight by week 18 215lbs. 8 % bodyfat

The only measurement I really noticed drastically was bicep from 15.25 to 16.75 inches.....my site is billygunsdotcom.....check it out some time

current cycle
weeks 1-10 dbol pyramid from 15mg a day to 40 mg a day and back down to 15mg by week 10
week 2 Test E 250 mg
weeks 3-7 Test E 500mg
weeks 8-9 Test E 750 mg
weeks 10-15 Test E 600 mg
week 16 Test E 300mg

week 7 EQ 150mg
week 8-16 EQ 300mg
week 17 EQ 150mg

Starting Clen week 13\14 and week 17\18
Starting ECA week 11\12 and week 15\16

morning 16oz. milk\4 mini muffins
snack protein bar
lunch 16oz. steak\ 90 sec uncle ben's rice

I suggest you drop the milk and replace it with an egg white protein mix. Your diet doesn't seem to be dialed in at all.
 
I am looking for mass at this point so I went with milk. I don't use any protein supplements because they are all fake.False advertising!!!! If these protein drinks where really a good source of protein they would be considered a meal not a supplement. If it was real protein in the shake you would be able to just drink a shake with no other source of protein in your diet(no steak /tuna/ chicken would be needed if these shakes really contained true protein).......

I have to agree w/ Mr. X - your diet looks bad - real bad. So - let me make sure I got this straight - your shooting ASS into your body, but are also sure the protien powders are fake - that is about as dumb as it comes buddy - LMFAO - research is your friend - on the cylce your on you need to be taking in at least 350+ grams of protien - you arent even close.
 
I understand your point but take 5 minutes to think. If protein powders were all real protein then your should be able to use them as your only source of protein RIGHT? But you can't Right? So tell why is protein powder considered a supplement and not a food source.Stop believing everything you hear spend your money on real food it's proven time and time again by arnold and Big louie. They didn't have these back then.
 
Everyone has their idea of a great diet but , I don't see anyone listing their great idea just blasting instead. I thought we were all here to feed off ourselves???

Good luck with the cycle. You really didn't need one period> Your squat numbers are terrible to be honest. You obviously had a lot more naturally you could have done. Obviously your training or eating was shit before and probably still is now. 225x10 for squat and doing test and dbol LOL

EDIT: After looking at what you have for diet or whateverthefuckitis, you diet is complete garbage. It appears to me you are another young one who has done no research on diet or training and thinks that sauce is going to cure it. I'll be honest you are probably going ot lose all you have gained, and more than likely comeback weaker.

160oz of milk for that matter LOL. After his first workout for his first meal he is drinking milk of all things LOL. This kid needs to be sterilized. Protein powders are not fake that is the dumbest shit I have ever hear LMFAO

Correct...he has done some incredible things cutting while maintaining lean body mass.

So if you could follow a basic plan...some what similar to what he has laid out...you could add quality mass.

He also has several tools on one thread at your disposal. Calorie calculators and different things...that would help you dial in the number of cals that are necessary to make the gains that you are wanting.
 
Geez Neo I see alot of guys are here to throw there weight around. No wonder alot of users get a bad rap. Some of you guys need to lay off the gear your giving the world a bad outlook on it. Should have saved your money and spent it on food. You can do what you want to do naturally with a good diet.

I eat more than you and I'm cutting... get your diet right.

And you say you want to bulk? Why do you want to be 215 then... and you're going up in LBM and Fat?
 
Gotcha.

7 weeks left you can get really lean if you have a 110% clean diet and train your ass off.

I deff. reccomend reading through the entire diet forum, you can get to where you want to be but it's not going to be easy... as not much worth doing in life is.

WTF are you talking about, I'm not on gear. I'm allowed to give you my opinion, you are just another beach boy who should never have touched aas. Your numbers are complete shit. There are plenty of people that have hit 400+ on squatting, deadlifting and benching without touching anything. YOu obvously have no clue about nutrition and training which is why I called you out. If you feel the need to say I'm a juicer because I'm not holding back anything then so be it. I actually have less test in my system than most on this board hence why I was put on HRT>

Sorry neo but, why do you feel the need to insult people? That will take you no where in life. Even if all I was going for was a beach body so be it. Since when is looking good a bad thing? So your not on gear well then your just an ass naturally.P.S. how many people do you know who broke the arm completly in hald and came back from 4 surgeries on a elbow to lift? Not many I'm sure. As for bodybuilding I am planing on stepping on stage in the next year. So no I'm not a beach body buddy. I have had some great help from guys like www.daveplaumbo.com / www.derekanthony.com / www.briantharris.com so get your act together and check yourself into an angermangement session or to cause you have a issue that needs help

I have seen a approx. a 15 lb. gain in 10 weeks so far how is my diet so bad after all I am seeing a decent gain? It includes high protein moderate carbs and low fat so if it is so bad prove it by your own diet not some other superfreaks diet on here give me yours to compare then!!!!

This guy deserves some kind of award for blasting back at EVERYBODYS opinion that his diet is TOTAL SHIT - not to mention his extra long cycle - most people can't handle that they are too weak and fat for AAS - this guy is just fat little weakling

THis is what you asked for, if you cant handle it then don't ask.....by the way, most of the comments are right on the money, so i would have to generalize that youre wrong and they are right.
 
Real food is the most important resource for a bodybuilder. Protein powders are called "supplements" because they can assist you in building your caloric intake while getting more protein in you that you would not otherwise be able to. Be it time or digestion.
The reason you can't rely totally on powders is that they do not contain naturally occuring phytonutrients that occur in real food.
That said. Unless one is taking in quality whole foods they may be better off using powders then what is classified as "junk food"

if you are looking for mass bro, why in the hell are you wanting to end up 3 lbs ligther at the end of they cycle then when you started?

you are only dropping a 8% body fat and adding a few lbs of muscle.....not very impressive considering 17 weeks of juice....not knocking you but you need to get some things dialed in in this cycle

Hate to say this bro....but with 16" arms and over 6'2" you got many more cycles to go before i would think of stepping on stage my friend

Well - Im not looking to input anything into your asshole :mix: - but for grins - my diet consits of 6-7 meals a day - 275 grams of protien and 195 grams of carbs on training days - 275 grams of protien and 100 grams of carbs on non-lifting days - no way I could do this w/out supplements. I only eat chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, natural PB, oatmeal, bananas, apples, and green beans - that is it.

You need to stay away from the crackers and muffins - I would reccomend oatmeal or yams as your only complex cabr sources - you will get the rest from your milk - also try nonfat cottage cheese in place of your PB Crackers - hell, eat it w/ them - you need way more protien to grow any quality muscle

Also - your weight is a terrible indicator of progress - I would try having your BF tested every 3-4 weeks - this is a way better indicator of true progress - that and of course the increase in weekly lifting weights - if your not setting a lot of new PR's then i would take my intensity up a notch or two.
 
I just did the math again I am at approx 260 to 270g of protein a day from only food what is so bad about this!!!!!No Shakes here

10lbs of that could be water, how do you know? YOu don't because you arn't constantly getting your bf tested. 15lbs in 10 weeks for a first cycle is pretty shitty especially only having 16inch arms.

There is a reason that the employment ads arent filled with opennings for critics. Any lame ass punk can be a critic. Being critical of someone else's work...thats the easy part...rolling up your sleeves and helping some one is much more difficult.

REALITY CHECK, you put on about 15 pound which is about 6.5kg you way about 230 which is 102kg you've gone up 3% in b/f which is about 3kg the other 3.5kg would be water weight from the dbol so in fact you have put on NO muscle, your diet sucks arse and I had a look at your site and you look fuckin terrible for someone who claims to be 18% b/f (looks more like 23-25%) and you think your going to step on stage in the next year..... I dont think so. Im not really having a dig at you but dude your making out like your the next big thing so be prepared to cop shit for what you've posted.

ON the other hand, You need to have the right attitude and realize when you ask for help...some the guys are going to have fun at your expense. Thats just part of it...roll with the punches...and listen to the sound advice that you are given.

Your cycle is way to long...especially if you are taking Dbol for 10 weeks.

Secondly, if you are going to put your body through the pains of AAS then get your diet perfect. You cant grow without the right fuel. Spend some time on the diet board.

There are a lot of good guys on this board. Guys that took me under their wing when I first showed up with a stupid question.

DUMBASS LISTEN HERE......PROTEIN's are the building blocks of muscle!!! PRO's and regular joe juiceheads all EAT hundreds of grams of protein per day and they can't get it all from CHICKE ALONE!

I don't know what you are hearing or reading but pro's and EVERY OTHER bodybuilder and or person that tries to gain muscle and does it successfully does it with protein added to their diet!

Its OBVIOUS from your pictures you are doing somethign wrong bro......maybe if you would have added in 250-300 MORE grams of protein via PROTEIN powders you wouldn't look like you just stepped into a gym for the first time yesterday!

Your pictures prove you are wrong and no NOTHING about dieting and what you need to intake everyday bro......it amazes me of the ignorance of some of the people that use juice......

Do you seriously think you know what you are talking about? i've been doing this for 10 years and i knew protein was a must before i ever started juice......man you need to take that site down bro and start reading and researching the REAL truth on your diet..........Seriously....if you can deduce the obvious bro.....look at the little bit of weight you have gained with all that juice????.....i gained 35lbs my first cycle and kept 25 in only 8 weeks!

I assume by the way you carry yourself that your probably making minimum wage and have only gone as far as high school.

in my opinion his cycle is shit to....dont pyramid any of it...run dbol 35-40mg ed for 6 weeks run test at 500 mg ew, and anything less than 400mg eq ew is useless. like i said before...good luck!

It seems like you like to create drama. I have been here for a few months, I’ve posted some questions and I’ve learned a lot. All of this with NEVER getting a negative response from anyone on this board. People here are truly willing to help if you’re open and humble. So, I think you need to ask yourself, what is it that was in your first post that is causing so many people to have negative things to say to you. I am not trying to flame you or put you down in any way. As you may have noticed earlier, I was one of the few people who tried to help without giving you any crap. I just think that when you are looking to get help from people who have much more knowledge than you do, you should be respectful instead of acting like you know so much. People want to help you, it’s just tough to want to help someone that comes across as cocky and arrogant.

I think that if you stick around and read 99% of the time and type 1%, you’ll find that there are a lot of great bros here willing to take their time to help you.
 
Ok guys after asking some guys in here who have taken 2 seconds of there time to be polite about things I have gone to a great friend for some mods in my diet

Meal 1 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 slices of dry toast, 1 cup of oats with raisins & black coffe.
Meal 2 5 ounces of pasta & 8 ounces of steak.
Meal 3 2 cups brown rice with 6 ounces of steak (top round).
Meal 4 2 cups brown rice with 6 ounces of steak.
Meal 5 6 ounces of steak with 2 slices toast with almond butter
Meal 6 1 cup of yogurt/ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter

I do agree I need to modify my diet some what and I will start this sunday and see where it leads me. I have to get to the supermarket.......

OK bro....now you are on the right track.......i'll throw in some helpful advice now........that meal plan does not look bad at all if you follow it perfectly.....i KNOW YOU HATE PROTEIN powders bro, but if you can muster it up to do what i tell you it will yeild MORE results.

get you a quality whey protein.....just whey, doesn't have to be a popular brand or expensive.

now take 50g of protein and down it within 10-15 minutes after your workout.....i would take another 50g before laying down for bed, and i personally have 50g as soon as i wake up in the morning.....why is digested very quickly and is a MUST immediately after you train bro
 
I was given this via email from Jay Culter so if anyone knocks it I would be surprised???? Like I said I just can't believe in protein because it can't be used as food only a supplement why is that????? If it is really a source of protein

Its a source of "supplemental" protein bro......its not intended to be your entire source....just a way to raise your protein intake for the day. I PROMISE you Jay cutler has quite a few protein shakes throughout his day man....if he tells you different he's a liar!

At 220 lbs you should be intaking 450 grams of protein or so per day on all the juice you are taking.......even that diet doesn't even come close to 450g protein per day. Protein is so very important when lifting, more than ever when on steroids as protein is what your body uses to build the muscle and the steroids main job is to aid in this

i prefer whatever is the cheapest usually!! as long as it is pure whey and doesn't have a lot of carbs.....like the 5lb jug of EAS pure whey....some taste a little better than others but it all tastes very bland and like shit in general to me......some kinds are pretty good but they ahve much added calories and fat, such as muscle milk.
 
Got ya I have approx 7 weeks left on the gear I will pick some up tonight and try. I will let you know if I see any major difference. I am open for corrective opinions that back it up

That is a big improvement - I think you will see it and feel better as a result. That is way more carbs than I can take in. You might consider loosing the cabrs after 3 on non-lifting days.

Still would love to see some supplements in there. Protien powders are real. Dosen't your jaw start to hurt eating all that steak - not to mention the bunghole - you gotta be shitting constantly on that much food. Conrats on the changes either way.

Mine is Vanilla Optimum Nutrition - it's 30 bucks for 5lbs or 36 50gram servings at GNC, which is probably the most expensive place to buy but location, location, location - it mixes real easy, taste is fine - not gritty.

I put a cup of oatmeal, one banana, 2 scoops of protien, and 1 tbsp of natty PB in my morning shake - it is BY FAR the highlight of my day taste wise - damm, I wish it was morning
 
stick w/the basics, chicken, tuna, steak, fish along with protein powder for protein sources...oatmeal, some veggies, baked potatoes, brown rice for carbs.... lift hard and heavy along with cardio and you should be fine....

I want to know what your plan is about the site - posting progress pics is fine, but all the diet advice you give is not from your knowledge - it is a lot of "I have a friend who" - anyway, you don't want someone taking your advice as it is not sound - you owe it to innocent others to take that crap off your site.

Also - the workouts don't seem to mention deadlifts - and your using lat pulldows as your main back exercise???? This is no way to the stage my friend - you gotta be deadlifting and doing chins for your back - lat pulls are crap for size and depth.

I really hope you will change the site and accept that you have a long way to go - like DRRman said a few posts ago - 2-3 years minimum - which is not all that long

I would also suggest you start a poll on protien supplements - who uses them, and who does not - not sure that anyone else will agree w/ your opinion -

If you can bench press and do lat pulldowns you can deadlift. If you bulid up the tendons in your elbow like you should have it wouldnt be a problem. I'm sorry dude but you will never step on stage with that kind of attitude. You have no business running AAS if you can't even do pullups or deadlifts.

At your size/level, to get big you HAVE to: Squat, Chin, Bench, Military Press, and Deadlift - that is fact. Every thing HAS to be done w/ free weights - everything. Your elbow will be fine - start light and make it work - my training partner's elbow is wrecked from a motorcycle accident and when he reps military dumbell presses w/ the 110's I can feel how fucked his elbow is - but guess what - he pushes throught it - I think that is the #1 quality in all BB's -they won't give up for shit

Further more - if you can do push-downs, skull crushers, and dips then you can deadlift. Don't waste your time doing curls - you want some real guns start deadlifting tomorrow
