I am started on 10th week of dbol cycle/ start 9th week of test E on wednesday / start of the 3rd week of EQ.I know people 10 week dbol cycle is kinda high but running thistle and NAC to fight the liver problems so relax and enjoy the show

- but for grins - my diet consits of 6-7 meals a day - 275 grams of protien and 195 grams of carbs on training days - 275 grams of protien and 100 grams of carbs on non-lifting days - no way I could do this w/out supplements. I only eat chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, natural PB, oatmeal, bananas, apples, and green beans - that is it.
