10 pounds down and starting to see some definition

Yes as of 3 and a half weeks I am down 10 pounds and my chest back and arms are showing it Ill post pictures before my run

whats your diet and training look like? It can be helpful to others
 
My workout is 20 reps or to failure.
I do dumbell flat bench then incline bench then flys and pushups for chest.
Forr back I do rows,pull downs,upright rows and I have someone hold my legs while I do pull ups as for arms I do preacher curls hammer curls then I do 21 with a barbell which is where you go halfway up 7 times then you go down halfway 7 then all the way 7 times

what about legs bro? your cheating yourself by not including them.

personally I reccomend heading over to the training forum and looking up a 5x5 routine,it will build a good base and get you on the right track.

ask your pt which muscle groups you need to strengthen to stabilize the knee and work on those in the gym :)


also...rather than have someone hold your legs for pull ups you can grab a belt with a chain to hook plates to and do weighted pullups/chins
 
I beleive I have hit that wall where I stay at one weight do I need to decrease my calorie intake?
