My workout is 20 reps or to failure.
I do dumbell flat bench then incline bench then flys and pushups for chest.
Forr back I do rows,pull downs,upright rows and I have someone hold my legs while I do pull ups as for arms I do preacher curls hammer curls then I do 21 with a barbell which is where you go halfway up 7 times then you go down halfway 7 then all the way 7 times
