yeah i think a lot of it was water weight but it was water i needed at the moment... don't want another trip to get an IV.

ooo, yeah, i've had an IV once because of dehydration. that had to of been the nastiest stomach bug i ever caught. i felt like shit for 3 full days even though the "sick" part of it was over in less than 8 hours.

keep pumping water. hard to do, especially if you can't hold it down. i was told to add some gatoraide to keep electrolytes up. dunno if that's true or not, but i did it anyway.

weight can come off alarmingly fast when you get sick. don't worry saint, it will come back but will take at least a couple of weeks.
