I need to drop about 10lbs or more in about 5 weeks. I'm kinda new at this whole dieting down thing. I'm 5' 8" 172@ 14-15%. Heres what I have: 200 papervar, 2 bottles of NYC, and about 150 500mg ala caps. Want to get down to 11-12%. Just wandering if someone could help me out with a diet. Also how much cardio should I be doing. Don't really need a specific diet plan just the basics like calories, carbs, protien, fat, and how much cardio.
