Wide grip pull-ups 4x8 with BW+10lbs, not easy but I need more lat strength, too much bodyweight ;) . up10lbs

Powercleans, 135x3, 185x3 should have been 195 but I forgot what weight to use at first :rolleyes: . 195 4x3 full standing with no dip at all:D , much easier using 45lbs plates than 35lb's.up10lbs

Overhand Barbell rows, 185 3x8.up10lbs

Lat pull-downs in front of neck 2x12, chinup grip 1x12 both excercises with 130:o .up 5lbs

Dimel Deads 3x8 with 205, nice and fast. up20lbs

shrugs barbell 185 2x12. up 20lbs

Kelso angled shrugs 2x12 with 35lbs dumbells, much better form-:mix:

Felt really good, will stick to working out at night. all weight felt reall light as well
 
Nice job. I don't blame you for starting with pull-ups, I've been doing those toward the end of my workout and they're rough.
 
soild brotha!! i would like to go back to workin out at nites myself since it seems i get more results then. oh well...gotta do what i gotta do!! tb
