seated military press 175 4x5, last sets 1x4 :o I was tired and felt sluggish due to heavy breakfast, not used to working out that early, 9:45am

Push press 180 3x8

Close-grip bench 220 3x8, 1x6 last one had two bad reps :mad:

Face-pulls 95lbs 3x10

Skulls 22.5/side 3x10

Neutral grip incline press 2x12 with 40's

standing lockouts 135 2x12

ok today, I weighed in at 214 at my Chiro's office, I am holding a lot of water and feel sluggish. Cutting out alcohol and processed meat. Cut out most carbs except oatmeal and rye bread, veggies and grapefruit juice. Goal is to lose 5 lbs in this week mostly water, should get more explosive.

Got another football game tonight
 
i know what you mean. from that celltech, i'm about 280(a good bit of it has to be water!!). i want to get down to 270 to stay in the 275s. all in all, good work brotha!! tb
 
thanks brute, I just feel slow and it is affecting my strength right now. My digestive system is giving me trouble so I might cut out dairy and start taking calcium again....
