damn i am feeling like my old self
. You know those exceptional times in your life where you have a purpose and a few clear goals ahead of you. The drive is back, and I am finally on a good schedule to gain power.
Incline 230 6x5* forgot i did the fith set
then a friend asked how many sets I was gonna do,lol. easy lockouts and full touches to chest and slight pause. up 5lbs
Flat bench 225 3x8 easy lift, my tris are getting nice and strong. lockout real strong and good speed. up 10 lbs
Incline pause press 145 2x10 man these are tough but I love them, wide grip and a full2 sec pause on each one. up 5lbs
Flat pause press 155 2x10 much easier then incline and much faster, full 2 sec pause. up 10lbs
Cable curl
65 3x8, reverse ez curl 20/side 3x8
, oly curl 75 2x10. who cares its only bis, lol up 5lbs on all lifts
Felt good and my endurance held with ease only 40 minutes, damn i love plyos+sprints, cutting recovery time a lot
