Bruised Elbow made this a little tougher than it should have been.

Speed Bench w/ Light Bands
45x5, 95x5, 115x3, bands on, 115x3x6 sets ( nice and fast this time )

Close Grip Incline
45x8, 95x8, 135x6x3 sets ( increasing weight next week to 145 )

Super Wide Grip Pullups ( palms down, all bodyweight )
sets of 6, 3, 3

my lats need a lot of work

DB seated military press
30sx8, 50sx8x3 sets

the speed workouts this week have improved, i didnt make any vids because my form was good last week and i lowered the weight this week for speed. time to eat more food.
 
Looks good. I like the rotation of chest to shoulder excercises. but why not do the same for back??

Like flat bench then Barbell rows. Incline then Pull-ups to sternum. Military press to chin-ups strict up and down. Just a thought
