Tested Bench (80% of 1RM): 160x1

Speed Clean and Press: 105x6x1
Set 1, 3, and 6

OHP Rack Lockouts: 115x4x8
Set 4

V-bar pulldowns: 80x3x15 - 10lb PR
BB Rows: 75x3x15
Front BB Raises: 45x4x10
DB Powercleans: 25'sx1x15 - 5lb PR
Tricep Pressdowns: 80x2x20 - 10lb PR

lol it was your wife on the clean and press.... but on her clean, tell her to keep her hips down on the initial pull, it causes her to use a lot of back in the second pull.

well i told you for some reason mine felt like a joke too. maybe thats a good thing..........lol

but my 80% of my squat tested max, felt like the weight of the world.

NO way that was 80%!!!! More like 60...looked EASY!!!

Remember...on the clean...at no point do you EVER curl the bar. The bar goes up...and you drop under it to catch it. You never curl it into place.
