got a pretty good nights sleep, ate well yesterday, drank a lot of water. me and trinity had the funnest time in the gym, its that we are always so serious, it was nice for a change to be able to laugh and goof off with each other between sets for once. i had a great time. i also figured out a way to make my arch better on bench, the result, was a lot more strength, too bad i got a little to excited.
2board Press - 315 x1 - 35lb PR!!! 340x 0. i just missed it, i had a very small sticking point, and i almost had it.i jumped up that high becuase the 315 just felt that easy, like i could have doubled it for sure, maybe even a tough triple. i thought i could get even more than the 340, oh well. i know i can next week........lol
JM Press - 240 x 3 - 15lb PR!!! it was very very very hard....lol
3 inch cl grip rack lockouts- 185 x 8 x 12.
assited pullups - 15/12/12
machine rows - bar+60lb x 2 x 12
side db raises - 20's x 10/8/8
elbow out ext - 35's x 1 x 12.
face pulls - 70 x 1 x 12.
feeling it today, still very very tired. got 7 hours of sleep, but i could of used about another week........lol
