10-13-2003 Jaw workout

ate alot of food today, better than usual....

1) 8 oz extra lean beef
5 eggs (tried to make some of them white, but i messed up)
1 cup oat meal (bananna flavor)
20 oz skim milk
Calories 1062 carbs 90g protein 108g fats 30g

2) post workout shake
75g carbs from dextrose
75g whey
no fat
calories 600 carbs 75g protein 75g

3) 2 tuna+cheese sandwiches
2 cans of tuna
2 slices fat free cheese
4 pieces wheat bread
some fat free mayo
24 oz skim milk
Calories 912 protein 107g carbs 112g fats 4g

4) 100g whey protein shake
calories 400 protein 100g

5) 14oz extra lean beef
2 american cheese slices on beef
2cups green beans
calories 673 protein 96 carbs 16g fats 25g

6) 22oz london broil
2cups green beans
calories 871 protein 136g carbs 12g fats 31g

7) 2 double grilled crispy tuna cakes with cheese on top
-2 cans tuna
-minced onions
-seasoning
-1 tablespoon of flax oil, and one of extra virgin olive oil
-3 egg whites
- 2 slices of cheese on top
calories 714 protein 89 carbs 4 fats 38

totals for day.....

Calories 5,232

carbs 321 grams

protein 711 grams (new PR, :lmao: )

fats 128 grams (i think thats a bit too much fat)

and i drank 2.5 gallons of water so far....


btw, the tuna cakes are incredible, thanks so bigmantitties for posting the recipe on the muscle food forum.

after eating the london broil (which i ate in like 10 minutes, lol) my jaw was very pumped, lol.

That is a lot of food, if I ate that much I would weight 400 pounds..................oh wait, you do weight 400 pounds :)
 
wow....791 protein seems sort of unhealthy. What's your bodyweight? I guess if you're 300+ then go for it, but if you weigh less that seems like more than you could utilize.

i use whey isolate, but im out of it, so right now im using concentrate untill i can afford to order more of the other. i dont really tell much of a difference though.

liftbig is about 435lbs.................lol

liftbig - you think you fat is too high. the average daily values for your common joe are 65-85 grams........... and your over twice the size of the average joe........ plus your an athlete a very strong one at that. so i would say that fat content is a little low.

Man- reading that makes me hungry.... I almost wish I was 400 pounds so I could eat all that!
 
711 g protein! Man I would have to stay away from any fires for at least two days; considering that my wife wouldn't even let me in the house, maybe that wouldn't be a problem.
 
Tuna cakes are awesome. They had those in my other school's cafeteria.
 
I wonder what liftbig does for thanksgiving? (I am stilll hungry)
 
LIftbig, what sport do you play, or what is your profession that makes you over 400 lbs?

On a side note, reading his is one reason why i will never want to weigh so much. Indeed too much like work...Eating all day. Not to mention the hit on the wallett.
