5 eggs (tried to make some of them white, but i messed up)
1 cup oat meal (bananna flavor)
20 oz skim milk

2) post workout shake
75g carbs from dextrose
75g whey
no fat
calories 600 carbs 75g protein 75g
3) 2 tuna+cheese sandwiches
2 cans of tuna
2 slices fat free cheese
4 pieces wheat bread
some fat free mayo
24 oz skim milk
Calories 912 protein 107g carbs 112g fats 4g
4) 100g whey protein shake
calories 400 protein 100g
5) 14oz extra lean beef
2 american cheese slices on beef
2cups green beans
calories 673 protein 96 carbs 16g fats 25g
6) 22oz london broil
2cups green beans
calories 871 protein 136g carbs 12g fats 31g
7) 2 double grilled crispy tuna cakes with cheese on top
-2 cans tuna
-minced onions
-seasoning
-1 tablespoon of flax oil, and one of extra virgin olive oil
-3 egg whites
- 2 slices of cheese on top
calories 714 protein 89 carbs 4 fats 38
totals for day.....

fats 128 grams (i think thats a bit too much fat)
and i drank 2.5 gallons of water so far....
