good day, starting up with some supplements i have been slacking at taking, as well as getting 10 hours of sleep.
i took the video camera, but the uploading program is not working well......... i'll try and add them later or tomorrow.
Low box Squat - 385 x 1 - 20lb PR!!! just missed 405. i moved it about 18 inchs off the box, and then lost it. i made a mistake of wearing tennis shoes, instead of my chucks.
st leg dead - no chalked screwed up the workout. i could have gotten 405 for 3, maybe more, but no chalk left me at 385 for 2 good reps with a very ugly third rep. so 385 x 3 - 20lb PR!!!
st leg standing gm's - 135 x 6 x 8.
1 leg roman chair situps ( stole these from liftbig - very good) 3 sets of 7 each leg.
pulldown abs - 100 x 3 x 15.
hypers - 3 x 8 i go you go method with trinity since they were kicking us out at closing time.
Trinity ( whose account is locked out) had a good day too.
low box squat - 105, a 5 lb pr.
st leg deadlift - 155 x 3. - a 30lb pr. when trinity and i maxed out 6 weeks ago, her best deadlift was 155 x 1 using conv technique. so she really has improved to be able to do a 3 rep max st leg style.
