Thanks it means alot! i Hate having this much BF,I still got about 10 weeks for bulking untill i shred down!

Bro, not that bad. For that much weight in a year I dont think the BF looks too bad. You got some mass to work with now!

Thanks! I still have about 6 - 7 weeks of bulking left, trying to do it as lean as possible, then shred down to about 8 - 10% with minimal muscle loss, high proteins low carbs :) soo i hope i go well!
 
Ok theres definitely a noticible size gain. Good work. I wouldnt worry about that little fat gain as its not a big deal. Im not a fan of a 150lb guy cutting anyway. I think you should build the muscle first then define it. Im not sayin go an be a fat ass, but dont worry about a little fat. If you compete in the future you will do a precontest diet anyway. Good work and keep packing on mass.

thank heaps joe :) yeah i wanna gain to about 100kgs or soo depending how much i can pack on :) ! then shed hopefulli theres a big difference!
 
Just remember when bulking if your ever hungry your wrong. Whole food is the easiest way to pack on mass. Alot of people get caught up in relying to heavily on supps and forget to eat food. Steak and eggs are your best friend when bulking.

The critique depends.... If you did it natty, that's pretty damn good. If it took three 16 week cycles of a gram a week, not so much.
 
im 175cm 16 inch arms now from 13 inch. did one cycle between now n then sus 500mg a,week fr 10 weekz.

I still want wayy more size, but then again i want to shred down, at that body weighht (65kg) i still didnt have abs :S perhaps a 4 pack but it was very light! so i knew i didnt have enoguh muscle size to cut further i would be ano l0l ! soo i put on size atm and hoepfully *fingers crossed* i put enough muscle on to hit the low body fat percentile to see visible abs whilse still being a decent size :)

You have to pick one or the other to focus on. If you choose to get lean your muscle gains will be small if at all. Muscles need lots of calories and protein to grow. In order to get lean you have to restrict caloric intake to shed fat. I personally would rather look like a gorrila than a poodle. But its up to you.

im putting on size now when im at a decent level then ill cut its merely impossible to put on.alot of size and cut, unless first cycle, even then...

I think thats some pretty good gains for one year.

But I would advise........NO MORE CUTTING TIL you have some shit to show. No point in being cut if your still little, IMO.

It depends on what he means by "cutting." Is he talking about getting super lean like peaking for a show? Or just losing a little fat and firming up? Nothing wrong with that. You can always put muscle back on. No sense getting as fat as possible before looking good.

O I agree. For a show, than ya go for it dude.

But if your just tryin to get cut for summer so you have that beach bod, I think its stupid. Get cut when you have some decent muscle. You can still be pretty lean and make additional gains. Obviously you dont wanna get fat. But keep a 6 pack and keep adding muscle.

Personally I would rather have a visible six pack during summer AND use those summer months to keep adding size. No need to have shredded obliques unless your competing, IMO.

You can add muscle when your bf is real low, but its harder and slower. Just sayin....
 
Thanks for the critique guys :) yeha, nahh not for a show, i dont want to be SHREDDEDD at this point, not enough size on me, but i wanna get a lean bod nothing to special, just not bulky get me ? then do a really lean gain during summer months :) i shall see how i go :D I have about 3 months to bulk then 3 months to lose excess fat, not for an "ideal summer bod" but somethings that pretty decent :)
