1 week out pics

Well I started contest prep Jan 1st. By the end of the month I was down to 205 from 220ish at around 8%BF. Started with EQ and primo until Feb when I added dbol at 50mg a day. Got back to 215. March 7th, I started using 100mg Masteron ED, 75mg tren ED, and 750 EQ a week. April 12th I ran out of Masteron, used it to quick. So, I switched to tren 150mg ED. Added 80mg var ED, dropped EQ to 500mg a week. Used GH thoughout at 8IU's ED. I was using Nutropin depot until April 1st, that stuff is great. Hit serno at 4IU's Ed while on the depots. Now I am just using Serno. Using 50mcg of T3 also, started at 12.5mcg, ramp up.

Holding some water in the lower abs and back. Using diazide and aldactone on the Thursaday and Friday before the show. Tried them already, and the drop out 4lbs and my skin hurts. Not carbing up, just goning to keep doing what I am doing, as I am vascular as hell most times during the day.

My training partner says I am around 4%BF, I may or may not be. When I am pumped I look totally different, these pics are cold before bed. I feel I will do well at the show, I like the way I look so either way, it was worth it.
 
BTW, I weigh 209 in my underwear. So, when I drop the water, I at 205, right wear I wanted to be. Well not exactly, I wanted to be 212, but hay.

Diet. I really don't count calories. I eat every 2.5 hours. Here is what I eat.

1. 50grams of ProM3 protein 1 serving oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon.
2. ultramet with 1/2 serving peanut butter. 10grams aminos
3. 3 egg whites, 1 chicken breast, handfull of peanuts, 10 grams aminos.
4. MetRx, 10 grams aminos
5. (post workout) Muscle link RecoveryRX, 10 grams aminos
6. lean red meat or seafood, sweet potatoe.
7. 50grams of whey protein, serving peanut butter or Muscle Meal

I pop BCAA all day also. I use Beverly's aminos and the protein also. If I get hungry during the day I take 25g of protein.
 
Some asked this over in plat. This is what I use, as nutritional supplements also.

Take whatever you take on cycle, off cycle as well. For me this includes:

I take this twice a day.

4 grams of vitan C
1600IU of vitimain E
2 GNC mega men
2 gnc saw palmetto
20mg policonal (for cholestreol)
tyler liver detox
50mg CoQ10
2 grams fish oil
1 gram pumpkin seed oil
1 gram cod oil
ginger tabs
rala (thoughout the day)
Isomer E from GNC
zinc
niciamide
cranberry extract
gla
some other stuff I cannot remember
 
Now, you guys are going to say I am over training, I probably am. But, I love to train. After the show I am taking a different approach, to put on some lean muscle.

I will tell you how many sets I do approx for each group, as the exercises are to many to list.

Chest 40 sets. I can incline on the smith 405 for 5.
Back 50-60 sets. Deadlift 455 for 8.
Legs 70-100 sets. I love to train legs. I don't free weight squat. I love when some one wants to jump in. I kill them.
Arms 18 sets bis/tris.
Shoulders 20 sets.
Hams 20 sets.
Abs/calves EOD.

Workout is usually 1 hour to 1 hour 20 mins. For every thing except legs and arms I do my heavy sets for 30 mins. Then i go at a fast pace.

Thanks bro. It is a world of difference. My girl took these pics and I she said they are not doing me justice. I will post pics of the show.

I know my weak points. For me any criticism, is good. So, for those who have competed let me know what you think. PLEASE!

How did you find you grew doing this many sets?

Pretty well, but probably could have done better. Primo and deca was my best cycle, ever. Around 1000mgs total for the two. 5lbs in 8 weeks. I'm gonna try conventional workouts, to see if I get stronger and put on some size after the show. But, I'm happy with my progress. I started when I was 15 at 140 lbs.

dialed great job. claves are not that bad you feet positon is on the pose. press down on your toes to apply pressure to legs and calve and give a better illision. also try keep your toes pointed outward while doing this and your calves will look better. Your vascualr and ripped with size. Best of luck and keep focused the next week will be hell.
 
Excellent work! You've got great symmetry and development. Probably just the picture angle but the only thing that looks off is your back double bi shot. I don't think it does your arms justice. They look much better in the frontal poses. Your back is thick and you have great sholders....extremely good vascularity and definition. Great Job BX! Go out there and kick ass.

You look great bro! Nice vascularity and symmetry. Body kinda reminds me of mine a little when I was leaner. Except my arms are bigger of course :FRlol: Just joking bro! Definitely got me in the quads though and calves really aren't all that bad. Could use a little size but have a decent shape and good separation. I would also say you are in the 4% BF ballpark too. Skin is tight and when that water drops you will be hard and dry. Good luck to you bro and keep us posted!

very sick looking, great quads and hams, I love that vasular look, I bet you get some funny looks when you go out in short sleeves lol, I find it amazing you do that many sets......especially the amount for legs and back

LOL. I do. I like to wear tight shirts, not under armor tight, but enough. That people do stare.
 
that vascularity is amazing, suppose it is genetic more than anything, how old are you if you don't mind me asking? and what are your plans within the sport for the future?

24 years old. I really have no plans for the sport, though I do love it`. For the last year people were telling me to do a show. I figured I would try it. My trainer said, I'll love the feeling being up there and this won't be my last show.

Ironkop, I'm 5'10"ish. Can someone here post the pics for not plats?

JLAWz, I started the GH about 18 months ago. About 22 years old. I like it alot. Size, might have helped some, but I like the full feeling, eating alot, and it has takenaway all pain in my knees.

When I first used it, I went from 220 to 252 in about six weeks. Used that with 600 test and 600mg EQ, and papervar. I think that papervar was anadrol though. As I was sick strong. As I have used papervar again, and the results were different.

Yes. It is hard to put on weight taking the GH. I might try insulin after the show, I am still looking in to that.

I am a believer in that taking GH, you can eat whatever you want. Not McDonalds everyday, but you can eat the foods you enjoy regularly. Live a normal life, food wise. LOL. It depends on the person also. I seem to lose more fat with the more calories I eat.

Killer vascularity!! Calves just need some size but they look good, well defined and great shape. Just train 'em like Arnie did and you'll be in like Flynn!
