Hey all, 190, 5'9", 12%bf, eat semi clean, 31, train 4-5 days a week. Been working out for 15 years.
My next cycle(2nd ever) will consist of test e @ 250 or 500 mg/wk 12 wks
EQ @ 300mg/wk 12 weeks
Oral winny @ 100mgs/day for weeks 8-12
Have proper pct and on cycle support in place.
My question is finally, should I pin 1 or 2 a week?
