If you were watching your carbs... would you rather eat:
#1: 12oz can of tuna in water, with mayo + celery, sandwiched between two pieces of fresh rye bread

#2: two pieces of chicken breasts breaded and fried.

The deli next to me makes both of these and my mouth waters over both of them. I usually eat one or the other daily, but just wanted to see which you think is worse.
 
I would go with 1 because 2 is fried and thats just a no no and your only talking about 30 carbs you can burn than fucking or just go with out the bread
 
if you are serious about losing weight drop the bread... IF they have fried chicken cutlet they might be able to make you a regular one.. Throw it over some salad - now your cookin
 
I'm suprised. 80% of the time i get #1 since i am not all that worried carbs and i get some fat out of it too. Fried foods are no nos. :)
 
No 1 - mainly because you have no idea what type of oil they're frying the chicken in. It's probably the cheapest crap they can find.
