Haha dont sound that bad but im sure its a shock from what your used to , so where are your limits weight and BF% wise for this year if i remember right your next show is start of 2011 .

During the next year I want to stay right around 10-12% and no higher. I might go as high as 235 but not the 2555 I was last year. Then starting 2011 go into diet mode again.

Doing 250 enanthate as of now weekly. Might go back up to 500 at some point.
