1 Hour Dinnertime workout?

Hey everyone, just needed you're opinion on my new proposed workout.

Currently I work Monday to Friday. Occasionally Saturday.
I have 1 hour for my dinner. My gym plans have really fallen through, I always used to get a lift to my current gym, but as it goes, my gym buddy's sidetracked by his girlfriend and is now only able to go once a week, twice at best. This was usually done after work or at weekends. I'm unable to drive at the moment, still learning.

But I had a brainwave. There's a gym close to where I work, I know it's a decent gym, well priced with good facilities because I was a member for a year back in the day.

Going on to my question, would it be sensible to do this? Bearing in mind it takes me 10 minutes to walk there and back. And also I work in a sales environment so I can't be a position where I'm all sweaty.

My plan is to go there, and squeeze in what would probably be a 30 minute work out. Possible?

Bearing in mind I'd be starting the 3x5 again.
Probably be like this
Monday; 3x5
Tuesday; Cardio
Wednesday; 3x5
Thursday; Cardio
Friday; 3x5

I'm lucky that I'm able to just go the fridge we have in work whenever I want, so DINNER TIME is really a bit of a farce, because I can snack whenever I want, I'll probably just be unable to have a decent cooked hot meal, with a nice sit down.

I'm interested to know if anybody does this and a few tips on this new routine would be great.

Cheers for reading.

30 mins on a 3x5 is kinda cutting it close...usaualy takes 45-60 mins depending on if u do abs and other auxilaries or not..

This is similar to the med school thread recently posted so I'm going with similar advice.

3x5 could be done, depending on how efficient you are. Be sure to prioritize your auxilliary lifts. Anything you can't get done could be made up on cardio day.

Check out the bar complex link in the training info sticky. This will enable you to get in alot of lifting along with your cardio and can be completed in 15-20 min. Here's another link with a slightly different version:http://alwyncosgrove.com/MetabolicPower.html

45 mins would be better to get ample rest between sets.
