I also train chest, back and legs on their own days. I train chest over 2 days, thursdays are usually flat bench and speed work and sundays are inclines (upper chest) with shoulders. Im not about to do 45 sets of chest in one day, Id rather split it so I can have some good strength on each movement. Back is also alot of volume and I tear it up good, so I dont have much left. Legs by itself is always enough for me as well. I train triceps and biceps together though and shoulders and upper chest together as well.
