I started my cycle of 1-AD a week and a half ago, along with NO Shotgun (creatine / Nitric Oxide), my usual Whey Protein (Isopure) and I upped eating to around 4000-5000 calories. I started at 138, and right now the scale is reading 150 and I feel huge and my arms and chest are noticably much much bigger, in the shower today after only 2 legs sessions of squats and the rest of the routine it appeared to me that my legs were double the usual size (well, obviously not double but bigger!!)
I am loving this stuff, I gotta try to find my hands on some more for when I run out during this cycle... has anyone else used it with great results like me?
