1-AD Cycle Queston

If I were on a 4-week 1-ad cycle and then I was going to take a bottle of 6-oxo for a post cycle. For my off time cycle, Does that start when I get off of the PH or when I get off the 6-oxo?

Not quite sure what you're asking here. If you are asking whether you're time off should start after you finish your PH cycle or if it should start after the 6-oxo then I would say after the 6-oxo.

According to Ergo Pharm, 1 AD doesn`t / can`t aromatize to estrogen. 6 OXO is a aromatase ihibitor/destroyer. So if 1 AD cannot aromatize to estrogen......why take 6 oxo if coming off a 1 AD cycle ? Not sure about the science behind this, I`m simply going by what they (ergo pharm) claim...........

Perhaps and I repeat, perhaps taking avena sativa (Unleashed) by Protein Factory "may" be a better choice when coming off your 1 AD cycle. Anyone ???

either way, you should err on the side of caution and make your "time off" equal to your time on anything. including oxo.

time off starts when you finish the bottle
before you mess with any more things do your research before you start taking it, not in the middle of the "cycle"

Because you test/estradiol levels are off after a cycle. 6oxo will help get everything back to normal. It was also prven in a clinical study to increase free test levels over 200%. However, Aromadex by VPX would be even better.

Thanks for clearing that up Swole. I was under the impression that 6 oxo was first and foremost a aromatase inhibitor and was not aware that it can or may kick start natural test testicular function.
