Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I find 1-AD can be very harsh for some people including myself. I did one 6 week cycle and made great gains but at the end of the cycle I got a sinus infection. I didn’t really think much about it. Then the second time I tried 1-AD I got the same sinus infection but much quicker. I even tried a 1-Test trandermal and still got the same sinus infection. Needless to say I don’t touch the stuff now. I’ve seen people complain of flu like symptoms to bad allergic reactions to 1-AD. For those who can handle 1-AD it’s a great PH but for people like myself it kicks my ass.

Thanks for your reply. I think I will be staying away from 1-AD.
1-AD has worked wonders for me. I just take it as a single stack. I have been 2 weeks in and seem my weight go up tremendously. Now I just need to work on bulk, and that will be done in the next two weeks.
I hope to do another cycle but with different PH's. There is 1-Max-Test I would love to try which already has 1-Test. The guy at max muscle says he's got a great stack for me to do. So who knows.
How many cycles does it take to see the "steroid" like effects(ie. getting huge)?

I got a severe allergic reaction from Nutrex 1TU .
The first time I did the stuff I had no problems what so ever. This was back in May and I stacked it with 1AD at the time. I took 6 1AD`S and 6 1TU`s a day for 6 weeks and I put on 10 lbs, I did get stronger and my pumps lasted for over an hour after my workout was finished. I took 6 weeks off and only lost 5 of the 10 lbs. I gained. I started cycle again on August 2 using 6 Nutrex`s 1TU`s a day. Within 1 week I started to get cramps and diahrear and the next week my scalp started to itch like I had a million mosiquito bites on it and then the next day I broke out in a rash under my arms, on the front of my lats, around my waist and on the insides if my thighs around my groin. The next day after that my eyes and eye lids swelled up. I WAS FUCKING FREAKING. I stopped taking everything one week ago and the symptoms are slowly but surely going away. No more itching but just a lil rash left. I don`t know if its a heat thing cuz its a lot hotter here now in CA. then it was when I first took in May. I`m stumped about the whole thing........I have no idea what happened this time but it sure was no picnic. If anyone has any clues, I am all ears.
