List the people you hate.
I think we can all say the Socks-N-Sandalers crowd.
But I hate public whistlers too. those people that stand there gazing off into space, like a campus model - but uglier. and fatter. - then their lips just pucker up and they start a low whistling just to themselves. People Shut The Fuck Up. Or smoke a cigerette. Or suck a cock. Give those lips something to do. You see this shit mostly in rednecks.

People weaving in traffic....200 cars all going down the freeway at the same speed
and somebody think's they're so important they deserve to go around.
6 miles later they arrive at the same destination maybe 20 seconds sooner
than if they'd just stayed in line.
Like shaving 20 seconds off their drive time is worth putting everybody in
jeapordy of having an accident with their weaving and riding my bumper.
Funny how it usually seems to be a BMW....not always....but..
