The first workout of the new year

3 board press- 425x3

JM press - 1x12@135 2x10@225

Elbows out ext w/ light band- 3x10@35lb dumbells

pushdowns 3x10@stack(like 150 pounds or so)
supersetted with
rear delts with rope 3x10

std DB press(delts)- 4x10@45,50,55,60

std delt raises- 3x10@30 lb dbs

lat pull downs- 3x15@ 175

pretty good workout, boards felt great, i was able to stay tighter today then usual.

hey DB im coming up to squat friday morning, probably for a few weeks or so to learn as much as i can before i get my job situation handled,then back to the evening crew.
 
Yeah I forgot to mention it to you, I had the yellow shirt on when I came in Monday morning.
 
i thought that was you. i did alot of accessories monday(for me anyways, after pulling against the bands, and then out of furstration trying to pull something heavy sumo), rev hypers, glute hams, delts, lats, grip, abs, band goodmornings. i was worn out on the ride home.
