09/27 Week 5 Day 4 DE Lower

Box Squats: 115x8x2 (Had Exodus and pwr_machine there to help me with my form. They helped me with getting out of the hole without rocking forward. The last two sets are better than the first two.)
Set 1, 2, 7, and 8

Speed Deads: 205x5x3
Set 5

Hypers: BW+65lb Barbellx5x8
Cheese style (sumo stance) Dimel Deads: 135x3x20 (These killed my hips)
Pull Thrus: 170x3x6

That was it. Had a blast watching Exodus and bigguns squat some big numbers. We didn't do any ab work because we were going to do strongman events the next day.

your form on your box squats are looking great. and folks, cheescake is my brother, and video's dont do him justice, his chest/shoulder/ trap area is looking thick, and his legs are gaining some serious size.

oh, cheesecake, one other thing i forgot to tell you. remember when racing the bar to the top, dont loose your arch......... thats very important. you did really good with the last 2 sets, just remember to keep that arch.
