    last i weighed i was 274 but i may have been up to 277 i dont know. change it up man dont eat yourself sick on one thing. take beef or eggs once in a while. try cooking them with sauces. or just chug some milk and eat a pbj on whole grain bread.
    my heart was inlarged and showing other signs of stress. this could kill in a variety of ways. the reasons are the entire extremely unhealthy lifestyle. obvously the extra 100lbs of bw my organs wherent built to suit and the constant hardship on my body with all the training and eating are the main contributors. my heart is still shrinking back toward normal which is a verry good sign for full recovery.
    nope. just messing with you. i am done competetive bb'ing. im not really cutting. i am purposely losing mass and dropping the gear perma. im trying to regain my health which has gone into serous risk.
    We are tight on money at the moment and I'm trying to schedule a few more shows (and she has to present at seminars 3x a year as well). If I ever get that way, I plan to travel to train with Mark Felix and Terry Hollands as well as the group in Glasgow.
    After swapping maybe we can add more 50lbs in the following weeks, but be patient, process is slow.
    That thing of doing squats, then squats with pause at the bottom, deads and defict deads after are Ed Coans ideas...
    Part of your routines are based on Ed's routines... i just made some tweaks...
    right now just restarted doing squats, but usually, if i don't get hurt, they progress at the same time.

    Changing it a bit, Ed Coan Routine for my bench and squats, tommorow will be doing deads 395lbs for 3-5 reps or 405 for 3 don't know yet :evil:
    Cutting fucking sucks imo. I dropped a lot of fat, but I did not end up as lean as I planned. I also lost a lot of strength/leverage lol. The next time i attempt a cut it will be with the aid of aas. I think that would make things a lot easy :evil:
    These are not current.....

    500 Squat in single ply suit/455 with belt and knee wraps
    405 Bench in single ply shirt/335 raw
    525 DL belt only/475x7 with belt and straps

    The lifts in gear were drug free comp lifts in the 198 pound class. That was in 2005. I'm working on getting my lifts beyond those numbers now. I've had some major set backs since then and I actually took 2006 completely off. My squat and bench are not as strong, but my DL is about the same, maybe stronger. i have not pulled a max in 4 months only sets of five.
    You took that the wrong way. I don't know anything about those guys as far as steroids are concerned. I do know they are world class lifters.

    By the juice head comment I meant the monsters in the AAS forum. Some of those guy have been using for years and are competitive BBers.

    There are some for real bad asses on here. I did pull 405 for 5 dead stop reps with the hook grip this past Wednesday. That's an all time hook grip PR. I'm going to have to start strapping up though. My back and legs are way stronger than my grip.
    You will get used to the hook if you keep it up. Use it for rows too. Once you are used to the pain it makes your grip feel unbreakable.

    but olive oil, is right up there with fish oil and flax

    you NEED it to drop fat, olive oil helps boost test and immune system stuff too

    so just get used to the feeling of swallowing the stuff lol

    or another option is to just blnd it into a protein shake with cottage cheese and use that as a pre bed meal

    Do a routine like this to start to be able to do some hanging leg raises

    supported knee raises
    supported leg raises
    hanging knee raises
    hanging leg raises

    Start with the first one until you can do 15-20, then do the next one until you can start repping with hanging leg raises!

    Dont superset them, just do one of them and you could superset with weighted crunches, but i didnt mean to superset them. Just see which one you can do fresh and move up when you got that shit easy
