I'm looking for some bodybuilder foods that are good options on a budget and ways to prep them that you recommend. I'm looking to get as many protein, carbs, and fats as possible so it fits my macro.
lean ground chicken or turkey with rice and veges. Throw some cottage cheese in too
Or have the protein with a roasted sweet potato - cream of rice to get the carbs up and fruit
