• Daily calorie target: 2,400 kcal/day
• Macros: 210g carbs, 67g fat, 240g protein
• Let the diet slip hard last night. First crashout binge and ended up in about a 1k surplus. Not upset because the body honestly needed it, I haven’t given myself any true cheat meals or regress due to the weddings and I considered the alcohol my cheat meal. Put it to use this morning with some fasted cardio and a brutal arm day (thanks for the extra torture Koba)

• Rest day and mobility day at the gym tomorrow

Training notes:
• Most intense leg day of the year yesterday, back and hips felt great so time to grow the tree trunks again
• Injected 600mg of L-Carnatine pre workout today as the first time trying L-Carnatine. I’ve had it sitting on my dresser for probably 3 months and finally decided to give it a try. Is it worth the added injection? Have a similar debate with Glutathione as I have only used it a few times

• HCG: 500IU EOD (was previously 250)

• Hit the final boss of arm supersets as recommended by @koba . I’d by lying if I said I hit all 3 sets of the wrist curls, I tapped out on those after the first set and just turned it into the dual superset because my forearms were already torched since I haven’t hit forearm focused exercises in a couple years honestly. But my arms felt like balloons at the end of my workout, the added carbs from last night’s mini binge helped fuel all the volume

• Bumped calories up, was in too big of a deficit and training started to lag. Ate 3300 cals yesterday vs the previous 2400 and had the best Pull day in a while.

Notes:
• Physique already looks better and the energy boost has been great. Was definitely beginning to look and feel flat

• Knot in my back is still there and is killing the workout. Both in a physical and mental aspect. Mentally because I can feel it in the middle of sets and throws off my focus/mind muscle connection.

• Saturday was Pull B & posterior which was a great lat and hamstring workout but that knot was aggravating on rows and reverse flys. Started workout with 1 set of pull ups to mechanical failure and going to start working those back in, lats felt more fired on that 1 set than most lat workouts as of recent.
• Took yesterday off and did a deep tissue massage hoping to help knot. Yet it was just as bad today during a Push workout. Used hella icy hot and honestly was too much as it would have a burning sensation during heavy pressing movements when my shoulders blades were tucked together and pressed against the bench, plus the knot pinch feeling every rep.
• Nonetheless still full throttle and just have to flip that switch for 30 seconds during working sets.

• Knot in my back is still there and is killing the workout. Both in a physical and mental aspect. Mentally because I can feel it in the middle of sets and throws off my focus/mind muscle connection.

• Push B
• Pull B & Posterior Chain
• Rest (more as needed)

Training notes:
• Saturday was Pull B & posterior which was a great lat and hamstring workout but that knot was aggravating on rows and reverse flys. Started workout with 1 set of pull ups to mechanical failure and going to start working those back in, lats felt more fired on that 1 set than most lat workouts as of recent.
• Took yesterday off and did a deep tissue massage hoping to help knot. Yet it was just as bad today during a Push workout. Used hella icy hot and honestly was too much as it would have a burning sensation during heavy pressing movements when my shoulders blades were tucked together and pressed against the bench, plus the knot pinch feeling every rep.
• Nonetheless still full throttle and just have to flip that switch for 30 seconds during working sets.

Current Cycle:
• Test Cypionate: 350mg/week (100mg every other day)
• HCG: 250IU EOD
• Reta: 2mg/week
• HGH: 2IU before bed (6x/week)
• Glow: 2mg/400mcg/400mcg

• Changes from last week: Weight is up from increased cals, still getting leaner and pumps are back to feeling like the skin is going to pop💪

• Macros: 450 carbs, 55g fat, 250g protein

Notes:
• Knot is all but gone. It didn’t affect my arm day yesterday but it ruined the start of my leg day the day before, because I wasn’t able to pinch my back together for heavy BB squats. Subbed in leg press and just made sure to make those 4 sets feel as intense/heavy as my heavy squats were going to.

Package of gear, including EQ and anavar that I was going to start this week, sat in the delivery warehouse for 4 days, was supposed to get here Thursday night (last night) worst case scenario. Well today is a federal holiday so that means not shit til Monday. That means double scoop the preworkout to make up for it right? lol
