Best female steroid stack for a newbie

I'm looking to get your advice on the best female steroids type for a newbie. I'm 35 years old. I'm 5 ft 7 and I'm around 135 lb, athletic build. Former Navy for about six years. Do you think that I should try anavar or Winstrol at 5 mg each or is that no good?

The key with females or males, in general, is you should be using a legitimate source. There's a lot of fake sources out there. This is why I recommend domestic supply.

I think you could do some anavar, maybe 2 to 5 mg a day. That would be a good starting dose. You could run it up to 10 mg.

Sister, I would do 5mg of anavar and 2.5mg of tbol. I think that's a good stack for females and easy to follow.

You can mix in some SARMs as well, along with the steroids. A lot of people like to use GW at 20 mg a day with any steroid stack.

Look into adding some tirzepatide or retatrutide as well. Those work well with your steroids. You can do 5 mg of trenbolone; that would be good.

The answer here depends on your individual risk profile and goals. Cycle design for females actually isn't too different from that of men, but we have a few more health considerations to make, and need to be FAR more conservative with dosing.


What is your goal here? Do you have any recent bloodwork?
