how to get more protein in my diet

I’m looking to boost the protein in my diet. Right now I’m getting around 200 g per day consistent. I would like to increase it to 250 or maybe 300. I’m around 168 lbs and I would like to get bigger and bulk up. I’m sticking to the natural route on stuff. Any advice on how to get more protein in my diet from supplementation?

200g of protien is plenty for your weight. Any more and it’s just expensive carbs. How many carbs and fats are you eating a day? Meal prep makes adjusting macros and amounts of each a piece of cake if you stay consistent
 
Make sure you read the ingredients thoroughly. It's very important that you do that. Otherwise you'll end up with a poor product.
 
Get something with 6 or 7 ingredients maximum. Make sure you read the labels carefully. Don't get something with a lot of additives.
