Approved Log My first cycle Log

I finally made a decision for my “first” cycle outside of straight trt.

Current stats
6’
180lbs
6.2% bf
(InBody Scan is attached)

Cycle:
300 mg sustanon week. (2x/week)
30mg dianabol daily (10mg 3x/day)
1.5-2mg anasterozole weekly (.5mg eod)
GLOW as needed
Semax/selank daily
4x secretologue ghrp/ghrh 2x daily (picture)

Training regimen:
4x weekly
Full body Olympic weightlifting training (see pictures)

Diet:
Full disclosure, I am not tracking and scanning labels. I know it would be optimal, but with a full time practice and small children I do not have time. My wife has celiac so we are completely GF and rarely eat out. Very minimal processed food. The 4x makes me eat like a starved animal. I will start tracking again in the future, but for now this will have to do for my current situation.

@drg2020 glad to see you started a log. I have a buddy that has celiac. Also he said it was a pain to try to get everything worked out to begin with, but it’s become a lifestyle now.

Update:

The weight is coming along now. I’ve added Tren H to the cycle at 50mg 2x/ week. Even before adding that my strength increased massively. All my lifts went up by 25lbs or more. I attached the latest InBody scan. Body fat went down to 4ish% and skeletal muscle went up to above 100 which is more than I’ve ever had in my life.

I am training the same as I put in the initial post. I have videos, but can’t upload because the file size is too large. I added tren because it showed up in the mail over a month after I ordered it. I thought I had gotten scammed and found domestic-supply.com and ordered everything else from there and it came in quickly. I was also very curious about the hype around Tren and wanted to try it myself.

Tren hits hard fast so keep dose moderate at 150 mg per week split 3x bro Watch sleep, mood, and appetite since this stuff make you nuts

Training stays fine, just make sure compounds like squat, bench, and row stay progressive with clean reps and no drop in performance from fatigue bro

Will do. Thanks for the advice. I planned to keep the tren at 100mg/ week split into 2 50mg doses. Do you think that is enough to be effective or should I up it to 150?
