Gday Gents .
It’s taken me this long to navigate myself to this forum .
I’m 42 6ft2 88kg
In fairly good shape but I’m looking to alter my composition.
I can get to the gym 3 times a week . I also try to get out for bike ride .
I want to build muscle - be lean / athletic and fuck off that fat that I can’t shake at the bottom of my stomach and hips.
I suppose there’s a lot of scare work in and around the text you find re steroids . So
I’m looking to you guys for advice and opinions on your thoughts of the safest way fwd !
I like the idea of peptides. Whatbi don’t know is What to use , when and how to use it . I’ve been reading through other posts and it has inspired me to have crack at getting in the best shape of my life.
Any and all input is appreciated as there is some inspiring builds here! I’ll take all the help I can get !

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

I’ve gone down rabbit holes before - at this point t all
I’m doing is trying to get 150-200g protein per day . I’m looking for advice from guys like you fellas to point me in the direction .
I’ll take any advice -
What I should be eating / supplementing and or taking - I’ve found otherwise I just end up with a cupboard full of shit $500 bucks later and no idea what’s really helping and what’s just taking the piss so to speak - I’m keen to hear what’s worked for you if in a similar position to me .

3x a week is fine man. just set up a push/pull/leg split and go heavy volume. it can work. but do 10-15 minutes of HIIT cardio daily if you can @_Badman_
