    LOL...this is hilarious... I have a buddy who's 6'3, 215lbs. Thinks he's in awesome shape. He's got about a 38 inch waist. He drinks beer ALL the time and runs alot. It's worse because he doesn't lift any weights. Small arms, small legs, small chest, large waist.....you do the math.
