Put the sust in the freezer. If the gear separates (you will see little crystals) it is probably legit. Use it for a few weeks, if you notice gains then you are good to go.

Also heating the oil first makes it go much smoother for me. Twice I didn't preheat, as was left with bruises. It happens to all of us sooner or later.

Just a theory, but if you are adding say 3cc of oil to muscle, the muscle will have to expand to compensate for the additional volume. If added to quickly could this cause bruising? I personally take at least 30 seconds to push 3cc.

I use 1" for glute shots. If you go in straight, and don't have too much fat, it should be ok. Some guys have trouble reaching around to hit the glute, thats why quad, delt, etc. are prefered.

I have, and it was a complete waste of money. Do some more research. I think you will find the dosage needed to see any gains will be cost prohibitive. There are much better products available. I do not recommend andriol, they didn't work for me.
