I was watching the Arnold Classic the other day and started laughing when Dexter and others "spoke out" against drug usage at the end of the competition.
I also vote for Pure CEE from www.anafit.com. You currently have to call them to order this product (you can't buy it from their web site because of shipping reasons).
I used to use the creatine monohydrate but after a few months, I could no longer tolerate the indegestion and gas that it gave...
It's not out of stock, but you do have to call them to order. It's not available from the web site right now because of shipping problems they've had with it. They now ship it over night early delivery so the caps won't melt together.
I like to do decline situps with the bench set at it's steepest level. Then I clutch a 25 pound plate to my chest for three sets of 15.
I also like to do Knee/Hip Raises on Parallel Bars for hitting the lower abs: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2002/kneeraisefront.jpg

I'm glad to see that everyone else is enjoying the video as much as I did. I watched...

I recently switched from doing DB curls to straight bar and I get the same thing -- mostly on the heavy sets. In the past, the aching just goes away with time and my forearms are already feeling better.
Check out this guy doing his Olympic lift work out. His name is Pyrros Dimas and he's retired as of 2004. I was especially impressed with his 440 squat that he does twice at the end. It looked like he could have done more reps if he had wanted too.
