I love Pandora. There are only a few 'commercials' lasting a matter of seconds unlike the crap you get on the radio. Plus it is your kind of music, never afraid and Ke$ha song is going to come on, hahaha.
Ahh skydiving is sooooo fun! Such a great rush you get. I have been three times, started two years ago when I went with a friend as a gift and had to go back two more times...I'm definitely not stopping now either! Go, you wont regret it!
I would suggest soccer, I believe out of any sport you do the most constant running here (unless you're the goalie), and it is a fairly long game. I would also suggest basketball, swimming, or biking.
Well snuggy said it best here. I would definitely recommend deep easy breathing among other techniques while laying in bed and a daily workout could really help too...
Ahh, it drives me crazy to see people on ellipticals! I feel like it is common knowledge that they are counterproductive. It is just an easy thing for people to do at the gym for an easy workout--lazy people! At least they aren't crowding the gym for the rest of us I guess...
I think you should throw out the meal for something that will go better with your workout. You have to sacrifice to look good sometimes haha. Good luck, man.
