Ok first thing first I do not want any reply saying to cutt out stims or drinks at night, I already have done this. For as long as I can remember I have been able to go on little sleep and only with in the last 4-5 years has it caught up to me. My biggest problem is falling asleep in the first place. I have the hardest time knocking out no matter how tired I am . I have been diagnosed with sleep apena but couldn't get use ot the machine due to always waking up to pee or by just waking up. I have tried ambien, lunesta, and even halicon. I have already tried before those and others Melotonin and 5htp. Even the 10 mg mela didn't do squat for me. I am desperate to get quality sleep. Any other idea's or methods to improve this I would apprecaite. Thanks
