What are some good supplements that help with endurance? I'm trying to improve my cardio.
I am taking beta alanine and creative now. Lipoflame was great when I used to take it for long runs.
If I were to run a 8 week cycle with dermacrine for 4 weeks and 1-T for 4 weeks, would it matter which one I started out with?
Would it make sense to stack dermacrine with 1-T instead?
The workouts are flowing ok and I'm feeling good about how things are going. I'm feeling a little stronger these days. It felt like I was at a sticking point on a lot of my lifts for awhile. Maybe it was due to me increasing the cardio intensity on my runs? I've switched to running intervals...

hammer strength chest press - 57.5 on each side
low incline db press - 60
cable flys - 65 total (on a diff machine - 95)
smith military press - 60 + bar = 105
cable laterals - 25
db shrugs - 95
ez barbell curl - 60
press down w/ bar - 67.5
db...
I definitely caught something and I'm not 100%. I still worked out yesterday and today. I will probably not be logging my workouts here everyday since we don't have to but I'll still keep track of what I'm doing. :)

cardio completed - 26 minutes at 6.5mph and 4 minutes at 7mph
My throat is still feeling a bit off, a bit more than yesterday. Other than that, I'm feeling good and I'm going to continue training.
