    I have heard about hamburger helpers many times, but what in the world is this helper thing, must be an american thing (maybe this is a stupid question for you all, but I really don't know)?? Usually I just eat the hamburgers with my own help :D thanks

    20 reps on Bench?

    You can and should take small breaks in 20rep squats at the end this allows you to continue beyond your capability (If you go really heavy), when u do that while benching you fatigue your triceps and reduce your pressing ability. So a real 20rep bench wouldn't really be possible.. I'm tired...

    Cracking body!

    I have lost the cracking in my fingers! I have cracked my fingers so much that I can't make them crack anymore! Scary! Can also "click" my wrist, shoulder, elbow, toes and knees after sitting still for some time. And my neck cracks as hell if i tighten my muscles a little and turn my head anyway..
