Yep I stayed at 1.5 twice a day till it was gone which was a week for me then during cycle I did .5 e3d during everyone is diff though some people don't like running letrozole throughout the whole cycle some people use ai like aromasin or arimidex after gyno is gone

After first week I went to .5 mg e3d and that worked for me the twice a day didn't kill me it dried my joints a bit and made me a little lethargic but worth it to get rid of the gyno

What worked for me and my gyno was 1.5 mg of letrozole twice a day for a week and it was completely gone

Not a fan of eq prop is great not sure for a first cycle though if you don't mind eod injections you might wanna go with test e with one injection a week
