I want to do start my first cycle, I read about Test P and EQ. I have read a lot, but get so many contradicting answers.
I workout really hard and eat right but it seems like I have hit a plateau.
My goal is to add some lean muscle mass, but I dont want to do an advanced cycle.
I want my diet and cardio to lower my body fat percentage.
I am 5’4 155 lbs, 14-15% body fat.
I workout 4 to 5 times a week, play hockey, rollerblade. I eat healthy, mostly keto diet, because it works for me.
Does anyone have success on EQ and Test Prop?
Is it even make sense to stack the two?
