I haven't noticed any muscle loss. If anything I'm seeing a my muscles break out because there isn't as much fat to hide them. I've still been taking in plenty of protein and have been keeping with my gym routine. I might switch up my carb cycling schedule a bit though to keep my body guessing.

This is my last week of house arrest... thank God! I've been very creative with the wieghts I have and have seen some good gains. I did notice it's much harder to keep a lifting schedule at home compared to hitting up the gym though. I've lost a lot of weight but it's been fat weight per carb...
