    I agree with jigga, build some mass. It will raise your metabolism. Also look up carb cycling, i'm loosing 5 lbs/week and maintaining strength. Up carbs on lifting days and keep protein high

    I recently was on a 100 mg Hella cycle. I got the pumps, not while working out; but when trying to get out of bed the next morning, and when taking the trash out. The wife said I may want to slow down in the weightroom.When and where do your pumps happen?

    Yes like the hella, except the lethargy(but the derma helped, however, the low carb diet has not). Put on about 15 lbs of muscle so far, but dropped about 30 lbs of fat). I would recommend it for lean gains or to offset t3's catabolism

    CALVES ! what the f#%k!!!

    I used the dogcrapp method with good results. take 10 seconds to perform each rep for a set of 10, I did 4 total sets working up to a new PR max each calve workout.

    I have always had calve development problems but mine are currently 19 1/2" just from heavy squatting and dealifting, I am 300 lbs though.
