First test e cycle. Questions!

What's up guys I just started my first test e cycle 3 days ago. First ever pin. All went nice and smooth. Have another pinning due today but my question is how fast can I expect to start seeing decent gains from it? I know everyone will be different but there has to be a general area.
 
we need more info. Diet, current stats, dosages of test.etc.

I'm 5'11
183 lbs
I consume 175-200g of protein per day mostly through shakes and bars. But I eat nothing but lean meats, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc.
My test is dosed at 300 mg/ml so I'm doing 600mg a week, split into 2 shots Monday and Thursday.
 
I think you'll get a lot of people saying 5-6 weeks for strength and size gains to be apparent, I noticed changes within 2 weeks (more horny slighlt better recovery etc).... then a slow but steady build-up of strength and size after that.

Alright thanks for the feedback bro. Maybe I should get some prop and run the first few weeks of my cycle with that along with the enan. I like quick gains but also steady ones. So I'm on the fence

You need more protein and you need it from solid clean food, shakes and bars are great, but you need MOST of your protien from foods, trust me here, i have been roid free since late 2007ish and able to hold 210-215 lbs with just diet and training as an ecto... eggs chicken tuna lean steaks turkey venison buffalo ect ect that should be most of your protein intake. definitly keep taking the shakes, they are great, but do not rely on them for your daily protein needs.. I can hit 175g of protien b4 dinner with no shakes or bars pretty easy..
Being your first cycle you should notice results pretty quick, couple weeks you will see strength up recovery faster... sorry to harp but..... dont waste a cycle as i have done b4, the drugs imo are about 25% of the equation diet is the key..

Thanks for the info and tips man. I'll def try to incorporate more protein through foods into my diet, as that's not the first time I've been told that. It's a lot harder than it sounds though lol I might be taking you up on that pm here soon with a few diet questions.
