You need more protein and you need it from solid clean food, shakes and bars are great, but you need MOST of your protien from foods, trust me here, i have been roid free since late 2007ish and able to hold 210-215 lbs with just diet and training as an ecto... eggs chicken tuna lean steaks turkey venison buffalo ect ect that should be most of your protein intake. definitly keep taking the shakes, they are great, but do not rely on them for your daily protein needs.. I can hit 175g of protien b4 dinner with no shakes or bars pretty easy..
Being your first cycle you should notice results pretty quick, couple weeks you will see strength up recovery faster... sorry to harp but..... dont waste a cycle as i have done b4, the drugs imo are about 25% of the equation diet is the key..
